| This is the Legislative Council Building and was formerly the Supreme Court. It was built in the early 1900's by architect Aston Webb who later redesigned Buckingham Palace. There are two flags atop the building, one with the red star flag of China and the other is the Hong Kong flag with the bauhinia flower. |
